Problem first. Code second.

I'm Pedro, a software and AI engineer. First I work out what is holding your operation back and which number has to change. Then I build the app, system, dashboard or AI agent that fixes it, and put it into production.

Apps

Your app in the store, server included

iPhone and Android apps in Flutter, with login, payments, notifications and the API behind it all. One person owns both the app and the server, so nothing gets lost between two vendors, and everything is documented so another team can pick it up.

In both storesfitness app published on the App Store and Google Play, with the server behind it

Systems and SaaS

The system your company opens in the morning and closes at night

CRM, customer portal, internal system or multi-company SaaS, where each company sees only its own data. Database, rules, screens and integrations designed for people who use them every day.

Dashboards and data

The right number, without opening five spreadsheets

Sales, finance and operations in a single dashboard, pulling from the database, spreadsheets, CRM and ads. It updates itself and warns you when a number looks off.

AI and agents

AI that does the work, not just the demo

Agents that answer, qualify, summarize and decide within your company's rules, connected to your systems and tied to a number that shows whether it paid off.

Automation and integrations

Nobody copying data from one system to another

A sale on the website becomes an ERP order, a charge, an invoice and a message to the customer, with nobody in the middle. Integrations that don't duplicate, don't lose orders and tell you when something stops.

What it's like to work with me

You know the price before we start and see the system working every week, not just at the end.

  1. 1

    Conversation

You tell me the problem. I ask what costs you money today and which number has to change.

    30 minutes, free
  2. 2

    Proposal

Scope, deadline and price fixed in writing, with what is in and what is out.

    Fixed price
  3. 3

    Built in parts

One delivery a week for you to test in real use, with what changed and what is missing.

    Every week
  4. 4

    Live and measured

I put it into production, track the agreed number and adjust what real use shows.

Code other engineers approved

Almost everything I build is closed client code. This is public: fixes and features that the maintainers of Supabase, Kestra and QuestDB reviewed and shipped in their products.

Questions everyone asks

How much does it cost?

It depends on what needs to be built. After the first conversation you get scope, deadline and price fixed in writing, before you pay anything.

How long does it take?

An AI agent or an integration usually goes into a pilot in 2 to 4 weeks. A full system or app takes longer and comes split into deliveries you test every week, with the deadline for each part in the proposal.

Who owns the code and the data?

Your company does. The repository, database and accounts are in its name, with documentation so someone else can continue the work.

Does it work with what I already use?

Most of the time, yes. CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and your website connect through an API or an integration. When a tool has no API, I tell you in the first conversation.

Do you work with companies in other cities and outside Brazil?

Yes. The work is remote, with companies in Brazil and abroad, in Portuguese or English.

And after it's done?

I track the agreed number and adjust what real use shows. If it makes sense, maintenance continues under a monthly agreement.

Tell me the problem. I'll come back with the path.

Three taps and the message writes itself. You send it on WhatsApp and I reply with what can be done, how long it takes and what it costs.
